Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the estimated transit time once an order has left our fulfillment center and is on its way to the destination.

  • Standard Delivery: approximately 5–9 business days

  • Expedited Delivery: approximately 3–4 business days

Shipping Rates & Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions: United States, Canada, Australia, and other international destinations.

Shipping options and rates are as follows:

  • Free Shipping: available on orders $60.00 USD and above

  • Standard Delivery: $10.00 USD for orders $0.00–$59.99 USD

  • Expedited Delivery: $15.00 USD

Shipping fees and available options will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours after the shipment notification is sent.

Delivery Delays

Damaged or Lost Packages

Solsxcvs is not responsible for products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required when submitting a claim with the carrier.
